Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
1. Managing entity and contacts
LookForMoney.com is managed by eLand, Lda, Rua Carlos Charbel, 39A, Loja, Cacem, Portugal.
Contact email: Buy@lookformoney.com
This contact can be used for website, domain-acquisition and personal-data matters without using or accepting the contact form’s conditions.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents LookForMoney.com as a domain available for potential acquisition and allows interested parties to make contact. It does not provide a financial service, credit intermediation, investment advice, a donation platform or online contracting for those services.
3. Concepts and presentation materials
Images, videos, slogans, interfaces and application examples are creative illustrations. They have been produced using AI and may depict fictional people, places and situations. They are not testimonials, evidence of customers, real campaigns or achieved results.
Showing a concept is not a promise of viability, profitability, funding approval, fundraising success, traffic, search rankings or regulatory suitability.
4. Scope of any acquisition
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a potential acquisition covers only the domain name LookForMoney.com. It does not include the managing company, a business activity, email accounts, databases, content, images, videos, software, customers, revenue or a registered trademark.
Presentation materials are not automatically transferred with the domain. Any additional licence or assignment must be expressly agreed and limited to rights that can be transferred.
5. Enquiries and negotiations
Sending a message does not create a reservation, exclusivity, acceptance of an offer or a purchase agreement. Availability and terms are confirmed directly with the interested party. The managing entity may decide not to proceed with a negotiation, without prejudice to obligations already undertaken by agreement or under applicable law.
Any transaction requires a written agreement identifying the parties, domain, financial terms, applicable costs and taxes, payment procedures and transfer requirements.
6. Payment and transfer
The site does not receive payments or bank-card details. Transfer follows the agreed process, the rules applicable to the domain and the registrar’s conditions. An escrow service may be used where agreed.
No immediate transfer is promised. Any locks, ownership checks and payment conditions must be addressed as part of the acquisition agreement.
7. Interested party’s responsibilities
Interested parties must provide accurate information, be authorised to represent any organisation they identify and assess the domain’s suitability for the intended use. They are responsible for checking third-party rights and the legal, technical and commercial requirements of their future project.
Availability of the domain does not grant authorisation to provide regulated services or guarantee the absence of third-party rights in similar expressions.
8. Using the form
To submit the form, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. This declaration does not authorise marketing, optional cookies or processing outside the stated purposes and does not waive data-protection rights.
Do not submit sensitive information, credentials, identity documents, unlawful content, abusive messages or malicious code. Validation and abuse-prevention measures may prevent submissions inconsistent with these conditions.
Data-protection rights remain available through the contact methods in section 1, independently of using the form.
9. Intellectual property and availability
Using the site does not grant a licence to exploit the presentation materials. Applicable rights are reserved to their respective holders to the extent that they exist and are legally protected.
We seek to keep the information accurate and the site available, but errors, maintenance and interruptions may occur. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Privacy and cookies
Personal-data processing and cookies are explained in the Privacy Policy. The cookie manager is accessible from the footer.
11. Applicable law, mandatory rights and changes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules and consumer-protection rights. Jurisdiction is determined under the applicable legal rules; these terms do not impose a waiver of a legally protected forum.
The terms may be updated by publishing a dated version. A website update does not retroactively alter an acquisition agreement already concluded.
